Raven, volume 26 (2019)

Available: online through the links below.

With this volume Raven resumes its standard format: several excellent articles on varied flag topics.  One was presented first as a paper at NAVA’s annual meeting in 2017 in Boston, Massachusetts and two more in 2018 in Québec City, Québec; they represent the pinnacle of vexillological scholarship in North America and include the 2018 winner of the Captain William Driver Award.
