The NAVA 29 Flag:  In the design by Secundino Fernandez, the NAVA chevron appears in red with the letter "C" above.  Both the waving blue lines and "C" appear on the flag of Cincinnati, the principal city of the region where the meeting was held.

The Featured Tours:

The attendees enjoyed a sightseeing tour of Covington and Cincin­nati, with a visit to the 126-year-old National Flag Com­pany, which still occupies its original building in Cincinnati, as a highlight.  Two additional mini-tours included a visit to FLAGGS USA and then to the beautiful Cincinnati Public Library to see Rich Kenny's exhibition of 55 Ohio city flags exhibited from three levels of an open center court (it was on display for the full week).  It was the largest collection of Ohio city flags ever assembled.
