The NAVA 15 / ICV 9 Flag:
This square flag, representing both NAVA 15 and ICV 9 (the 9th International Congress of Vexillology), was designed by Whitney Smith. The flag shows an upright chevron, similar to the NAVA chevron, but in Canadian colors (red and white). Within the chevron is the maple leaf from the Canadian flag.
