The NAVA 13 Flag: Witches, Salem, Massachusetts, Halloween colors, and the number 13what more could one ask for as inspiration in a flag's design?  The NAVA 13 flag was designed by Alfred Znamierowski.  It has a field of 13 alternating orange/red and black horizontal stripes on which is centered a witch riding a broomstick.  It refers to the host city's famous witchcraft trials and to "triskaidekaphobia", the fear of the number 13.  This flag is undeniably one of the most popular NAVA meeting flag designs.
